Life at Central Park Church
From the Pastor's Desk
When God is at work in our lives it is always a matter of transformation. He is not content to let us be what we have been, but is always shaping us into what he knows we can be.
Central Park Church is a place where it is safe to come in when you are broken and find the welcome of God's people and then learn how God might want to be at work through you as well.
What has God made you passionate about? Where could you use that passion to build relationships with others and meet needs in the Central Park community and beyond?
And in everything, planting seeds
of new life in Jesus.
MarWe value Youth here at Central Park ...
and engage with them in a number of ministry activities.

This Fall 2017...
In September, we will begin a several-month journey through God’s story using a great book and set of resources called “The Story.”
In “The Story,” the Bible is compressed into 31 key events and put together in a way that reads like a novel. We will proceed through the book, story by story, and watch God’s message unfold through history. We will do this together in a variety of ways. Worship will revolve around these stories.
Children & Worship, Youth FaithWalk, and Sunday Morning Adult Classes
will spin off from the same stories. Even the activities for kids and youth on Wednesday nights will connect to “The Story.”
This series will provide a great opportunity for families to read together and talk about what everyone is learning.
Get prepared for The Story by purchasing the book to read. Copies of “The Story” are available in the Gathering Place for a donation of $5. Three different age-appropriate versions of “The Story” for children are
on display with instructions for where they can be purchased online.
Every Thursday Morning
Join us at 9:30am in the Prayer Room as our prayer "warriors" meet to lift up our families and friends,
